Mountain Mortgage is Paul London — a licensed mortgage loan originator (NMLS #1578675) who lives and works in the Poconos, not a branch office working from a rate sheet two states away.
Paul wears two licensed hats: mortgage broker at Mountain Mortgage and REALTOR® with Smart Way America Realty. That combination means he's walked the wells-and-septic inspections, negotiated the seller assists, and sat at the closing tables where the surprises happen — so his mortgage advice starts from how Pocono deals actually go, not how a textbook says they should.

Why I publish my pricing
Almost every lender hides their numbers behind a lead form. You trade your phone number for a vague range, then the calls start. I think that's backwards — so this site works the other way around.
